Visitor Experience Consultants works with visitor attraction operations and destination managers to help craft financially sustainable ‘visitor experiences’. We carry out market, demographic and economic research to support option appraisals, feasibility studies and prepare business plans and marketing plans for new and existing visitor attractions and tourist destinations. We also carry out visitor experience modelling, visitor journey mapping and visitor surveys and offer operational advice to attraction managers.

We work with a wide range of clients from the Lancashire Wildlife Trust through to the Forestry Commission, Forest Holidays, Cumbria Tourism, Tourism Partnership North Wales, the National Forest Company, Natural England, Sunderland City Council, Hampshire County Council,  Seeda, Emda, the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, St Modwen and the Claymoss Group.

Unlike other consultancies our sister company Planning Solutions Limited invests, develops and manages a number of tourist attractions and leisure businesses.   These include – Conkers an environmental attraction and the National Brewery Centre, a heritage visitor experience.  They also run restaurants and cafes, an extreme adventure experience in South Wales and a digital signage company. We work closely with our ‘operations team’ and sister company and this helps to ensure that our consultancy advice is reinforced through 15 years of directly operating businesses.
